Due to some miscommunication, the kit was advertised as a "complete kit" but what was delivered was less than complete. After contacting Derek, the sales manager, he acknowledged the oversight and did everything in his power to provide an agreeable outcome. The kit was missing all of the accessories, and Derek was able to source 90% of the missing items, and provided a spare battery to make up for the missing pieces. In the end I am happy with the outcome and the effort of the sales team to right the mistake.

Bought this as a backup to my M300 after reading good things about it. After testing it across multiple sites I could never get the accuracy I needed, 1/10 of a foot. Ended up sending it back to Autel to have them check it out and they verified it is an issue with other V3's as well. Suppose to be a firmware update that fixes it but they couldn't give me an ETA. So now it just sits in the box until then.

My drone arrived looking like somebody at dslrpros had previously opened it. It was missing protective plastic that is supposed to be over the sensors, and all the others were partially peeled off. The controller screen protector was also previously peeled off before I ever used it. I do recommend the drone, I don't recommend purchasing it from here because they did absolutely nothing to figure out why this happened or attempt to make up for it in any way. Autel told me I should return it, but their return policy is terrible and only allowed 10 days.

So let me get this straight, you think Autel not having Geo-fencing which is only in place to keep drone owners from BREAKING THE LAW is supposed to be a good thing? Perhaps the law enforcement you sell drones to should see that.
