Domestic Shipping Policy (Non-Resellers)

Shipping within the contiguous U.S. (48 states + Washington, DC):

  • Free Ground Shipping: Orders of $199 or more (pre-tax) qualify for free ground shipping + standard rates.
  • Flat Rate Ground Shipping: Orders under $199 ship for a low-cost flat rate of $7.99 + standard rates.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options, such as Priority Mail Express and 2nd Day Air, are available at standard rates. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories:

  • Standard & Expedited Options Available: Most standard and expedited shipping options are available, but free and low-cost ground shipping does not apply.

Local Pickup:

  • Available for in-stock orders at our California fulfillment location.

Out-of-Stock Orders

  • Most out-of-stock orders ship within 3 business days.
  • All standard shipping options apply.
  • No free or low-cost ground shipping.
  • No expedited shipping options.

Resellers

  • Resellers qualify for special pricing but are not eligible for free or subsidized shipping rates.

Shipping Timeframes

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping timelines depend on stock availability and order verification.

  • In-Stock Orders: Typically ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Out-of-Stock Orders: Ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
  • Address Verification: If an order is shipping to an address different from the billing address, additional verification may be required, which could impact shipping timeframes.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s journey.

International Shipping Policy

Payment & Customs

  • Secure Payment: International orders require wire transfer payments to prevent fraud and ensure security.
  • Duties & Taxes: DSLRPros declares the full order value on customs forms. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
